"This was a great experience. The place it is held is clean and beautiful home. She was very respectful of what we wanted and even put her lovely dog up for the event. We were able to eat all our sushi which was a TON on her rooftop which was beautiful and they gave us privacy to still sit with our friends and catch up. They are BYOB and even though we didn’t bring anything she was still able to provide us with something to drink for us to enjoy during our experience. They even gave us recommendations for great food in Houston. Very lovely time and would do it again!"

"Lavinia was such a great host! My boyfriend and I love unique experiences like this. We felt like we were visiting a friend, really enjoyed ourselves. We love that she was very attentive to the types of sushi we like and even asked for the menu of a restaurant we usually get sushi at. Im not too fond of raw sushi but she introduced me to spicy salmon and i love it! Overall such a great experience with a great person and her special guest Gouda (her dog) who is also super friendly and chill. Thank you Lavinia!"

"Phenomenal experience. The sushi making was everything we hoped for as the other reviews suggest but what put it over the top for me was how genuine and awesome Lavinia and Dan (and Gouda) are. I’m not sure if it’s standard practice for them but my favorite part was eating the sushi on their rooftop, chatting with them about houston and spending time with the worlds most laid back dog, Gouda"
