Sushi making is a fun, creative, interactive experience where the combinations and possibilities are endless.
Menu:
futomaki/maki (rice on inside), uramaki (rice on outside), topped uramaki, and nigiri.
What we will do:
learn the ins and outs of the sushi industry
make sushi rice
dissect your favorite restaurants menu
recreate your favorite rolls and items
I will reach out to you ahead of time to get ideas for what kind of rolls you're interested in making.Premium items available upon request for an upcharge (i.e uni, toro, scallops, etc.)
Class can be GF, Vegetarian, or Vegan upon request.
