Houston Sushi Classes

Enjoy a sushi making class with your friends, family, coworkers, or meet some new people. The choice is yours!

Sushi making is a fun, creative, interactive experience where the combinations and possibilities are endless.

Menu:

futomaki/maki (rice on inside), uramaki (rice on outside), topped uramaki, and nigiri.

What we will do:

  • learn the ins and outs of the sushi industry

  • make sushi rice

  • dissect your favorite restaurants menu

  • recreate your favorite rolls and items

    I will reach out to you ahead of time to get ideas for what kind of rolls you're interested in making.

    Class can be GF, Vegetarian, or Vegan upon request.


    BYOB or authentic sake, wine, beer, seltzer available for purchase!

Public classes are held in Lav’s Kitchen, located right outside of Downtown Houston. It will be an intimate group setting with other fellow sushi lovers!

Monday-Thursday: 6 person minimum

Friday-Sunday: 10 person minimum

Holidays: 8-10 person minimum (depending on day)
